ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ПО РЕКТИФИКАЦИОННОМУ РАЗДЕЛЕНИЮ ПОЛУПРОДУКТОВ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА АЦЕТОНА

Abstract

Работа посвящена созданию малоотходной ресурсосберегающей технологии в производстве ацетона. Предложенные решения реализуются на стадии ректификационной очистки целевого продукта от побочных примесей и сырьевых компонентов. Представлены результаты экспериментального исследования и компьютерного моделирования парожидкостного равновесия в бинарных и многокомпонентных составляющих смеси ацетон – изопропиловый спирт – вода – уксусная кислота. Проведена разгонка по истинным температурам кипения. В результате проведенных исследований была предложена технология выделения ацетона разной кондиции.
