Abstract

Розглянуто окремі приклади розвитку високотехнологічних галузей України, таких як ракетно-космічна та авіабудівна галузь. Відзначено, що за наявності зовнішніх несприятливих чинників для промисловості України вдале переорієнтування коопераційних зв’язків здатне в перспективі послужити поштовхом для поступального розвитку за умови стабільності правової системи. Наводяться деякі історичні та сучасні приклади успішної модернізації законодавства шляхом його кодифікації.
