Abstract

Este artículo surge a partir del trabajo realizado en el Proyecto de Investigación: “El Trabajo desde la perspectiva de Género frente a las problemáticas de la Discapacidad. La paradoja exclusión-inclusión (Aprobado y financiado por la Secretaría de Ciencia y Técnica de la UNRC, según Resolución Rectoral N° 331/2016 y 161/2016). En este contexto académico, el presente trabajo escrito tiene por finalidad analizar las concepciones hegemónicas y vigentes sobre la discapacidad, reflexionado críticamente sobre la construcción de esa categoría en el marco del racismo científico. Valorar el alcance del proceso orientado hacia la descolonialidad de la situación de discapacidad en nuestra realidad latinoamericana, permitirá avanzar hacia la construcción de espacios políticos que acompañen el reconocimiento y la restitución de Derechos para el colectivo de personas en situación de discapacidad
