У статті розглянуті особливості професійного самовдосконалення менеджера вищого навчального закладу, що відбувається у формі стажування. Наведено загальну програму стажування зазначеної категорії керівного складу вищого навчального закладу, здійснювану в очно-дистанційній формі. Для забезпечення ефективного самовдосконалення рекомендовану систему тренінгів аутопрофесійної компетентності
