Abstract

Титульное соединение было получено с хорошим выходом посредством каталитического гидрирования [2-(5-фенилизоксазол-3-ил)-циклопентил]-(4-фторфенил)метанона, который доступен в результате реализации схемы двойного нитрилоксидного подхода в синтезе простаноидов. Синтезированное соединение является новым простаноидом, который содержит фторфенильный заместитель в верхней боковой цепи и представляет значительный интерес как потенциальное биологически активное вещество.
