Abstract

Eğitim örgütleri birer canlı organizma gibidirler. Organizmanın varlığını sürdürebilmesi, gerekli eneıji kaynaklarını sağlamasına bağlıdır. Hammadde olarak toplumdan insan alan ve onu bir süreç içerisinde işleyerek tekrar topluma ürün olarak sunan eğitim kuruınlan, geleceği görebilen ve geleceğin dünyasına uygun becerilere ve bilgilere sahip insanlan yetiştirebilecek önlemleri alabilen eğitim politikalan ile amacına ulaşabilir.
