Abstract

Проанализировано неоднородное воздействие различных видов физкультурно-оздоровительных занятий в течении года на компонентный состав тела студенток. Дифференцированное влияние предложенных видов тренировки на компонентный состав тела студенток указывает на необходимость индивидуально-личностного подхода к разработке тренировочных программ в учебном процессе вуза.
