Abstract

El clima laboral es un factor determinante dentro de las organizaciones públicas y privadas; independientemente de su objeto social, este influye en la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos, tanto en lo individual como en colectivo. En los últimos años, los estudios sobre clima organizacional se han incrementado rápidamente, ya que las organizaciones públicas y privadas lo consideran como uno de los elementos básicos para generar valor. Es así como el objetivo de este artículo es describir el panorama referente a los estudios de clima organizacional, para lo cual se revisó la literatura existente en revistas arbitradas, tesis doctorales a nivel posgrado, libros y comunicación en congresos. Abstract The work climate is a determining factor within public and private organizations; Regardless of its social purpose, this influences the achievement of strategic objectives, both individually and collectively. In recent years, studies on organizational climate have increased rapidly, as public and private organizations consider it as one of the basic elements to generate value. This is how the objective of this article is to describe the panorama regarding organizational climate studies, for which the existing literature in peer-reviewed journals, doctoral theses at the postgraduate level, books and communication in congresses was reviewed.
