OS FATORES CUIDATIVOS DE WATSON NA ÓTICA DE DOCENTES DE ENFERMAGEM

Abstract

Este estudo de abordagem exploratório-descritiva tem como referencial a Teoria Transpessoal do Cuidado Humano, de Jean Watson e se propõe analisar os dez fatores cuidativos da teorista na ótica dos docentes de enfermagem da Universidade Estadual de Maringá. A análise nos mostra que a maioria deles utiliza estes princípios em sua prática, mesmo sem saber que fazem parte da Teoria do Cuidado Transpessoal de Jean Watson.
