Dificultades en la internacionalización de la empresa.

Abstract

Clasifico las dificultades en la internacionalización de la empresa según su causa en seis tipos; esto facilita su identificación y solución. Tres tipos son causados por los recursos existentes en la empresa: (1) la dificultad de transferir recursos al extranjero, (2) la dificultad de transferir al extranjero las ventajas unidas a los recursos, y (3) la creación de desventajas por los recursos transferidos al extranjero. Otros tres tipos surgen por la carencia de recursos necesarios para: (4) ser una multinacional, (5) competir en la nueva industria, y (6) operar en el nuevo marco institucional.
