Abstract

В статье определена роль столыпинских аграрных преобразований в ускорении процесса капиталистической трансформации сельского хозяйства в белорусских губерниях посредством расширения системы частного крестьянского землевладения, формирования хуторских хозяйств и распространения приемов рационального ведения хозяйства. Особое внимание уделено проблеме взаимодействия местных отделений Крестьянского поземельного банка, землеустроительных комиссий и земских учреждений для совместной реализации мероприятий столыпинской аграрной реформы.
