
leadership and organizational sustainability, securing it through the implementation of organizational changes. In reviewing the organizational sustainability in this paper as an object of treatment are the profit organizations whose organizational sustainability is primarily conditioned by its competitiveness of the existing market economy. The focus of the review of previos research in this paper is to the interdependence of these mentioned two processes and from that derived needs for organizational change. The goal of empirical research on this paper was to identify contemporary methods in developing sustainable leadership and their practices to ensure organizational sustainability as an already created positive empirical environment for the transfer of contemporary academic concepts for sustainable leadership and organizational sustainability in the existing context of the companies in the region of western Balkans.
