The new conditions of the international system have led to the emergence of various forms of diplomacy. Therefore, this article examines the concept of Paradiplomacy, as is understood by various theoretical sources such as the relationship between organizations, groups and individuals with certain States to seek international support in an specific interest area. From this perspective, this article inquiries the nature of the FARC-ELP and seeks to establish the main vectors of their diplomatic conduct.
