ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПРИЧИН РАЗРУШЕНИЯ ПОДВЕСОВ ПРОВОДОВ ЛЭП МЕТОДАМИ СТРУКТУРНО-ФАЗОВОГО МЕТАЛЛОГРАФИЧЕСКОГО АНАЛИЗА

Abstract

В работе проведены результаты исследований причин разрушения подвесов линий электропередач методами структурно-фазового металлографического анализа. В результате исследований установлено, что причиной разрушения скоб крепления линии ЛЭП в большинстве случаев является непараллельность осей резьбовых частей скобы крепления. Это не позволяет надёжно закрепить крепление на траверсе, что приводит к ослаблению резьбового соединения и возникновению дополнительных изгибающих циклических напряжений, вызывающих усталостное разрушение.
