Depuración de creatinina y cociente proteína/creatinina en pacientes con enfermedad renal

Abstract

Las proteínas como la creatinina en orina presentan una eliminación variable a lo largo del día fáciles de dosar en cualquier momento; en cambio la depuración de creatinina de 24 horas como método de cuantificación de la función renal presenta una dificultad en la recolección de la muestra, por esta dificultad esta propuesta de cociente proteína creatinina (P/C) en orina como herramienta diagnóstica. Objetivo: Determinar la correlación entre Depuración de Creatinina y cociente proteína creatinina en pacientes con Enfermedad Renal, establecimiento de salud Nuevo Chimbote, Perú, 2018. Metodología: enfoque cuantitativo, tipo correlacional, diseño no experimental, prospectivo, se aplicó a una muestra de 55 pacientes con determinaciones analíticas del Servicio de Nefrología. Valoración de la correlación entre Depuración de Creatinina y cociente proteína creatinina mediante el Coeficiente de Correlación de Spearman. Resultados: mujeres 47,27% y varones 52,73%, la edad se distribuyó 3,6% tienen menos de 40 años, 10,9% entre 40 y 60 años, 85,5% mayor a 60 años; en diagnóstico 16.4% presentó Diabetes Mellitus (DM), 72,7% Hipertensión Arterial (HTA) y 10,9% DM+HTA; entre Depuración de Creatinina y cociente proteína creatinina (P/C) se obtuvo correlación positiva fuerte y estadísticamente significativa (rho=0,707; p<0,019) Conclusión: El cociente proteína creatinina presenta una buena correlación con los valores de Depuración de Creatinina para determinar la tasa de filtración glomerular en pacientes con enfermedad renal.
