ДЕМОКРАТІЯ У ГЛОБАЛЬНОМУ Й НАЦІОНАЛЬНОМУ ДИСКУРСАХ

Abstract

У статті зроблено спробу міждисциплінарного дослідження співвідношення форм сучасної демократії з її сутністю у контексті глобального й національного дискурсів. Аргументується пріоритет форм прямої політичної участі над індивідуалізованою відповідно суверенітету народу в якісній демократії. Перспективними напрямками міждисциплінарних досліджень є проблеми балан- су форм демократії та убезпечення її від маніпуляцій політичних еліт.
