Филогенетическое положение Phlojodicarpus villosus (Apiaceae) на основе анализа последовательностей ITS и trnH-psbA

Abstract

В международных открытых генетических базах данных отсутствуют сведения о нуклеотидных последовательностях для Phlojodicarpus villosus. Этот вид сосудистых растений представлен на Урале изолированными реликтовыми популяциями и включен в региональные Красные книги. Совместное применение ядерного и хлоропластного маркеров позволило надежно определить филогенетическое положение P. villosus в пределах трибы Selineae (подсемейство Apioideae, семейство Apiaceae). Установлено, что нуклеотидные последовательности ITS1-ITS2 и trnH-psbA достаточно информативны для того, чтобы идентифицировать представителей данного рода. Высокий полиморфизм полученных последовательностей P. villosus из разных частей ареала (Северный Урал и Колымское нагорье) и наличие эволюционных событий (делеции) оправдывает более пристальное изучение P. villosus и других таксонов рода Phlojodicarpus с использованием молекулярно-генетических методов.
