Abstract

O artigo delimita o conceito de comercio eletrônico e questiona o tratamento jurídico que requer esta modalidade de comércio; focalizando as teorias sobre a regulamentação, os foros de codificação e a lei modelo da Comissão das Nações Unidas para o Direito Mercantil Internacional.
