Abstract

Los tipos de Acari en la colección del Museo de La Plata, Argentina. Fueron examinados y listados los 333 tipos de Acari depositados en el Museo de La Plata (División Entomología), Argentina. Para cada taxón se brinda la información actualizada acerca de los materiales tipo, datos de recolección y hospedadores. Los tipos pertenecen a 21 especies y una subespecie descriptas por los siguientes autores Alzuet y Abrahamovich (5), Alzuet y Brandetti (3), Alzuet y Delgado (1), Alzuet y Mauri (2), Alzuet, Cicchino y Abrahamovich (2), Bischoff de Alzuet (4), Mauri y Alzuet (5).
