Estrategia metodológica para la superación de los recursos humanos en salud Methodological strategy for the upgrading of the health human resources

Abstract

A strategic projection of professional upgrading is proposed on the basis of its systemic character, taking into account all the actions that are necessary to take to give the professionals the possibility to bring up to date, complement and/or go deep into the knowledge and abilities they acquired in their career and specialty, making emphasis on primary health care. The whole study, analysis and application of the different elements of professional upgrading showed that the strategy to be followed is in its systemic character, and that they compose the different stages of this projection from the identification of the problems and the learning needs to their conception, execution, control and evaluation of the impact. All this constitutes a cycle that repeats itself successively in each period in which the strategy is applied.
