Osteochondropathy of the femoral head is an important medical and social problem in consequence of the high cost of treatment and the risk of disability. To study this pathology and approbation of new methods of treatment it is necessary to create a simple and reliable biological model. Existing methods of modeling are time-consuming, caused with high risk of complications and caused suffering to lab animals. The drawback of existing models is a partial reproduction of the pathogenesis of osteochondropathy of the femoral head. The purpose of the study – the development of technically simple, reliable, minimally invasive way of getting aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in laboratory animals. Material and methods. To simulate two key components of pathogenesis – vascular and load, is the introduction into the tissues of the hip joint of a 0,5 % solution of epinephrine in combination with physical load.
