ИСТОРИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИИ

Abstract

О клинической значимости артериальной гипертензии (АГ) было известно несколько тысячелетий назад, тогда же и появились первые способы ее лечения. Терапия АГ прошла долгий эволюционный путь, от механических методов снижения артериального давления (АД) в виде кровопускания, применения различных химических соединений как натурального, так и синтетического происхождения, до новейших достижений генной инженерии. В нашей работе мы постарались кратко проследить развитие средств лечения АГ от древности до обозримого будущего, уделив особое внимание новейшим перспективным методам терапии, основанным на методах генной инженерии с использованием малых интерферирующих РНК (миРНК).
