МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПИЩЕВОДА В НОРМЕ И ПРИ ПАТОЛОГИИ

Abstract

В статье представлены морфологические особенности пищевода, включающие в себя подслизистые и кардиальные железы, выполняющие специфическую защитную функцию, многослойный плоский неороговевающий эпителий, непроницаемый для внутрипросветного содержимого, подслизистое нервное сплетение, участки гетеротопии слизистой оболочки желудка в проксимальной трети пищевода, гастроэзофагеальное соединение и нижний пищеводный сфинктер. Описаны характерные паттерны ответа на воздействие агрессивных факторов внешней среды, а также особые формы воспалительного ответа слизистой оболочки пищевода, такие как лимфоцитарный эзофагит, эозинофильный эзофагит, IgG4-ассоциированный эзофагит.
