Informação: a chave para a qualidade total

Abstract

Qualidade total. Informação para a qualidade. Centros de Informação. Information: the key to total quality Abstract The total quality is a aim that is being searched to the social-political-technologicaleconomical development of the nations aimming at not only to increase the competitivity of goods and services, but. basically, the improvement of the life quality of the population and the growth of the human being as a whole. The Total Quality Management can not be disentailed of the information, though without the applicability from this become difficult the implementation of that. On the other hand, as it aims the whole human being, its sucess depends on the cooperation of everyone and therefore of a information flow with the minor noise. The work here proposed was developed in this way. Keywords Quality. Total quality. Information to quality. Information centers.
