НЕЙРОГУМОРАЛЬНАЯ РЕАКЦИЯ НА ОПЕРАЦИОННУЮ ТРАВМУ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ, ПЕРЕНЕСШИХ ОПЕРАЦИЮ ПО ПОВОДУ ОПУХОЛИ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА

Abstract

Достижения современной нейроонкологии и нейроанестезиологии позволили нейрохирургам оперировать прежде труднодоступные опухоли. Это, с одной стороны, улучшило результаты лечения, с другой - привело к увеличению частоты осложненных течений послеоперационного периода. Цель исследования: выявление основных нейрогуморальных изменений при осложненном течении послеоперационного периода у нейроонкологических пациентов. Материал и методы. В исследование включено 49 пациентов в возрасте от 18 до 72 лет. В 1-ю группу (n=12) вошли больные с благоприятным исходом, во 2-ю (n=13) - с неблагоприятным исходом. 3-я - группа сравнения (неосложненный интра и послеоперационный периоды) (n=24). Проводились клинические, инструментальные, лабораторные исследования, в том числе гормонального статуса, воспалительного ответа. Результаты.
