La biopolítica del agronegocio

Abstract

El presente trabajo de naturaleza ensayística pretende constituirse como un puntapié de ingreso en el campo de la explicación de las lógicas simbólicas y materiales que movilizan al “agro como negocio”. Para ello recurrimos a algunas categorías analíticas que permitirán poner en evidencia aspectos discusivos (ocultos u ocultados – invisibles o invisibilizados) que constituyen el punto nodal del conjunto de las consecuencias sociales, económicas, ambientales y esencialmente políticas del agronegocios en Argentina, y en general en América Latina. Los ejes o herramientas conceptuales que facilitarán tal tarea incluyen entre otras las nociones de pillaje genético, biopolítica, pensamiento médico, tanatopolítica y servicios ambientales. Las fuentes bibliográficas que componen el marco teórico para la elaboración del ensayo provienen de las publicaciones de diversos intelectuales latinoamericanos críticos a la matriz extractivista existente en América Latina y de, particularmente, los escritos y conferencias del pensador francés Michel Foucault.
