Abstract

Neste artigo será analisado o processo de construção da peça Mãe, Raiz do Morro, do Grupo Teatro Entre Elas, da Casa do Beco, formado por senhoras moradoras da comunidade do Morro do Papagaio (BH), em diálogo com os apontamentos traçados por Nogueira (2008) sobre o campo do Teatro em Comunidades. Para tanto, será evidenciado o contexto comunitário e o uso de histórias pessoais e locais na construção dramatúrgica.
