ДЕЯКІ АСПЕКТИ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ЕНЕРГОСЕРВІСУ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

Проаналізовано чинне законодавство щодо запровадження енергоефективних заходів на об’єктах права державної та комунальної власності через механізм енерго сервісу. Розглянуто досвід правового регулювання енергоефективності та енергозбереження в Європейському Союзі. Виявлено недоліки вітчизняного нормативно-правового регулювання здійснення енергосервісу та запропоновано напрями їхнього усунення.
