Abstract

Este trabajo muestra, una encuesta preliminar acerca de la mercantilización del pescado en Toluca, México, la encuesta muestra con detalle del proceso de mercadeo ya que existen tres tipos básicos de pescado que se vende en este lugar: 1) fresco, 2) seco, y 3) ahumado, generalmente carpa, el producto más vendido. Los pescados son vendidos por grupos de familias. El origen de los pescados son de los estados de Veracruz y Michoacán.
