This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with gastric cancer of Qi and blood deficiency type. On the basis of strengthening routine nursing, the patient was intervened by implementing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) holographic scraping combined with moxibustion to evaluate their digestive tract symptoms, sleep quality and fatigue status. After the intervention, the scores of pain visual analogue scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale, Subjective Overall Nutrition Assessment of tumor patients, Piper Fatigue Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale decreased significantly. It showed that the combination of TCM holographic scraping combined with moxibustion can effectively alleviate the symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patient. (本文总结1例气血两虚型胃癌患者的护理经验。在加强常规护理的基础上, 通过实施中医全息刮痧联合艾灸对患者进行干预, 针对患者的消化道症状、睡眠质量及疲乏状态进行评估。干预后疼痛视觉量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、肿瘤患者主观整体营养评估、Piper疲乏量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表分值明显下降, 说明中医全息刮痧联合艾灸能有效缓解患者症状, 提高患者生活质量。)
