
In this paper, an intelligent mobile gas pumping station is designed. By designing and installing the intelligent monitoring substation and water-softening device on the mobile gas drainage pumping station, the monitoring of various parameters in the gas drainage process and the control of various parts of the gas drainage pumping station are realized, and the scaling problem inside water ring vacuum pump is alleviated. The tests show that the intelligent mobile gas drainage pumping station is in good working condition, it can supplement the shortage of ground pumping station well and improve the system of gas drainage equipment.
