Abstract

The historical retrospective view of evolution of the systems of corporate management in accordance with the gradual increase of level of instability of external environment is investigated. Description of modern conditions of functioning of enterprises in the context of their influence on the choice of the effective system of corporate management is presented.Исследована историческая ретроспектива эволюционирования систем корпоративного управления в соответствии с постепенным увеличением уровня нестабильности внешней среды. Представлена характеристика современных условий функционирования предприятий в контексте их влияния на выбор эффективной системы корпоративного управления.
