Los asentamientos urbanos de jardines-huertos en la planicie costera de Veracruz

Abstract

En este ensayo se consideran las dimensiones materiales y simbólicas del concepto de ciudad jardín, desde una perspectiva actual, historia y arqueológica. Es un análisis empírico de la cuenca baja Occidental del río Papaloapan, Veracruz, cuyo patrón de asentamiento fue la ocupación dispersa. Para el cultivo de huertos y campos se basó en la agricultura de humedad.
