Abstract

Com base no livro “Memórias, sonhos, reflexões”, este artigo analisou as viagens de Jung, a partir de uma perspectiva multidisciplinar de viagem e estabelecendo conexões entre a obra junguiana e as distintas fontes de conhecimento e informação. Inicialmente, abordou-se a ideia de internacionalização e as primeiras curiosidades juvenis de Jung direcionadas a outras culturas. Em seguida, destacou-se a experiência relatada pelo próprio Jung sobre suas viagens. Jung realizou viagens de deslocamento físico, de elaboração de ideias e viagens internas, sendo que estas últimas têm caráter intimista e de transformação pessoal. No fim da obra analisada, Jung relata suas inquietações. Ele trata da racionalidade e da necessidade de aceitar o inconsciente e seus enigmas ainda não decifrados. Com uma perceptibilidade aguçada, discorre sobre temas que eram ridicularizados como objetos voadores não identificados, crença na vida após a morte e premonições dos sensitivos.
