MOKSLEIVIŲ ORIENTACIJA Į PEDAGOGINES PROFESIJAS

Abstract

Straipsnyje išdėstytos tarybinių ir užsienio autorių pažiūros į pedagoginio kryptingumo (pašaukimo) reikšmę mokytojo veiklai, konstatuojamos kryptingo formavimo ypatybės. Remiantis 1975 m. atliktais tyrimais (buvo apklausti 4024 miestų, rajonų centrų bei kaimo mokyklų VI-XI klasių moksleiviai), nurodoma (procentais) pagal klases ir lytį, kiek moksleivių ketina tapti mokytojais, aiškinama šių ketinimų dinamika. Be to, remiantis autoriaus teorine koncepcija, apibendrintas moksleivių, kurie žada rinktis mokytojo profesiją, pedagoginio kryptingumo intensyvumas ir apsisprendimo pagrįstumas. Straipsnyje duodama praktiškų patarimų.
