Abstract

O tratarmos de determinar a natureza e a essência do chamado "estado religioso", encontramo-nos com uma dificuldade inicial. O Código de Direito canônico deixa bem claro o que quer designar com esse nome: "um modo estável devida comunitária, no qual os fiéis, além dos preceitos comuns, obrigam-se a observar também os conselhos evangélicos, mediante os votos de pobreza, castidade e obediência”.
