ANÁLISE DE AROMÁTICOS EM GASOLINA USANDO MEFS-HEADSPACE/CG/EM

Abstract

Gasolina. Abstract In this work it was developed a method for determination of aromatics compounds in gasoline, using SPME-Headspace, as technique of extraction and preconcentration, and analysis by Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). The compounds were extracted with a polydimethylsiloxane fiber, 30 μm, for 10 minutes, and then desorbed in the injector at 280 ºC for 2 minutes. The method showed effective in the determination compounds with linearity between 0.10 to 0.40 mg.L-1, and a coefficient of determination (R2) 0,997; 0,997; 0,998; 0,997 e 0,995 for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and m-p-xylenes and so-xylene, respectively. The method can be applied to the determination of aromatics in other matrices similar to gasoline as well as in aqueous matrices. Keywords: BTEX. SPME-Headspace. GC/MS. Gasoline. Fuels.
