Do gerencialismo ao construtivismo

Abstract

A pesquisa apresenta o itinerário de construção das principais perspectivas de avaliação de políticas públicas, enfatizando suas especificidades no processo de incorporação do debate político no Brasil, trazendo, por fim, a avaliação construtivista de 4ª geração como uma alternativa aos métodos hegemônicos, que se apresenta como uma ferramenta apta para investigar a realidade, tendo na participação social seu elemento fundante de investigação. Justifica-se na necessidade de se apresentar novos formatos do fazer avaliativo, a partir de um paradigma voltado à realidade do sujeito inserido dentro da política. A metodologia utilizada foi a indutiva, tendo como ênfase o método histórico descritivo e a pesquisa bibliográfica. Nas considerações finais, são apresentadas impressões acerca desse fazer avaliativo, relacionando sua relevância para a compreensão das realidades avaliadas.
