Abstract

O Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCRIM) requereu ingresso, na condição de amicus curiae, a fim de fornecer subsídios para o julgamento. da Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade nº 7.624/DF (STF), visando uma interpretação constitucional ao artigo 15 da Lei nº 9.613/1998. A ação busca compatibilizar o compartilhamento de informações pelo COAF/UIF com os direitos fundamentais à privacidade, intimidade e proteção de dados pessoais, conforme o artigo 5º da Constituição Federal. A necessidade de autorização judicial para a requisição de informações pelo COAF/UIF é destacada como essencial para garantir a proteção dos dados pessoais.
