基于VERICUT面齿轮虚拟仿真加工

Abstract

Based on the generation principle of face gear,the face gear simulation is carried out by using VERICUT.Firstly,on the basis of gear geometry and applied theory,the orthogonal plane equation of tooth surface is derived.Secondly,the dimension parameters of face gear and shaping cutter is designed by using of Matlab.Finally,the simulat ion process of face gear shaping is designed,and the simulation model of face gear is got on the basis of VERICUT software platform,the validity of the face gear virtual simulat ion machining model is verified.
