Abstract

A pesquisa objetivou o relato de caso do impacto da farmacoterapia para incontinência urinária no aumento da temperatura corporal em paratleta. Foi realizada entrevista com o paciente e registro das medidas de temperatura corporal (axilar), batimentos cardíacos (pulso carotídeo) e pressão arterial sistêmica antes, durante e imediatamente após a prática da atividade física, a saber, musculação. O estudo está em conformidade com a Resolução n° 499/12 do CNS/MS. Os resultados demonstram a elevação da temperatura corporal durante prática esportiva. Ao final do treino se observou aumento de mais de 3ºC; aumento dos batimentos cardíacos e pressão arterial. Destaca-se manutenção inicial da pressão arterial diastólica seguida de redução. É possível supor que decorram da redução da sudorese desencadeada pelo uso da medicação e/ou suplementação utilizada. Vale destacar que oxibutinina evita a transpiração, fazendo com que a temperatura corporal permaneça alterada após a prática esportiva por mais tempo do que o normal. O manejo da bexiga neurogênica deve incluir a avaliação na performance do atleta. Ademais, a preocupação não deve ser focada somente no controle da incontinência, mas como as medidas farmacológicas e não farmacológicas podem interferir no estilo de vida e desempenho do atleta, de modo interdisciplinar. ABSTRACT Pharmacotherapy impact of urinary no increase in body temperature in paratleta: case report The research aimed to the case report of the impact of drug therapy for urinary incontinence in increased body temperature in paratleta. Interview was conducted with the patient and recording of body temperature measurements (axillary), heart rate (carotid pulse) and blood pressure before, during and immediately after physical activity, namely weight. The study is in accordance with Resolution No. 499/12 of the CNS / MS. The results show a higher body temperature during sports practice. At the end of the training observed increase of more than 3 ° C; increased heart rate and blood pressure. Stands out initial maintenance diastolic blood pressure followed by reduction. You can assume that result from the reduction of sweating triggered by the use of medication and / or used supplementation. Note that oxybutynin prevents sweating, causing the body temperature remains changed after exercise for longer than normal. The management of neurogenic bladder should include evaluation on the athlete's performance. Moreover, the concern should not be focused only on the control of incontinence, but as the pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures may interfere with lifestyle and athletic performance, an interdisciplinary approach.
