ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИХ НАРУШЕНИЙ В ПЕРИНАТАЛЬНЫЙ ПЕРИОД, ДЕТСКОМ И ПОДРОСТКОВОМ ВОЗРАСТЕ

Abstract

Как известно, практически все заболевания взрослого населения уходят корнями в детство, и метаболический синдром - далеко не исключение. Однако, если у взрослых это давно изучаемая и чётко определенная проблема, которой посвящены тысячи исследований, то с педиатрической практикой всё гораздо сложнее. В данной статье обсуждаются патогенетические и клинические особенности формирования компонентов метаболического синдрома на этапе фетального программирования в детском и подростковом возрасте. Рассматриваются также клинические подходы к ведению данной группы пациентов.
