Coeficientes de cultivo para la programación del riego de la piña

Abstract

Con vistas a determinar los parámetros adecuados para la programación del riego en el cultivo de la piña en Ciego de Ávila se estudiaron los coeficientes de cultivo en condiciones estándar (Kc) utilizando tanto la información disponible en base al estudio sobre la evapotranspiración de este cultivo en las condiciones edafoclimáticas de la mencionada provincia como la metodología alternativa propuesta por la FAO. Los resultados encontrados en base a la metodología FAO difieren notablemente de los valores resultantes de la fase experimental, estos últimos fueron determinados en las condiciones concretas de suelo y clima de la provincia y en base a los métodos recomendados para los estudios de la evapotranspiración del cultivo y de la evapotranspiración de referencia, por lo cual se recomiendan para su empleo en la programación del riego.
