Abstract

Виділено види інституційних інвесторів за критерієм місця, яке займає їхня інвестиційна діяльність на ринку цінних паперів стосовно основної статутної діяльності. Запропоновано відобразити в законодавстві фактичний професійний характер інвестиційної діяльності інвестиційних фондів.
