SIAGAS – BASE DE DADOS DO CEARÁ UMA FONTE DE DADOS DE PESQUISA

Abstract

O SIAGAS – Sistema de Informações de Águas Subterrâneas – como cadastro nacional de poços, armazena a maior quantidade de dados sobre poços tubulares em todo o país e, consequentemente, no Ceará. São dados de perfis construtivos, testes de bombeamento, entradas d’água, medidas de condutividade elétrica, análises físico-químicas, etc. Além disso, muitos dos parâmetros armazenados no sistema, possibilitam a elaboração de vários mapas temáticos dos tipos isolinhas e de interpolação. No Ceará são 20.871 (maio/2012) pontos cadastrados, incluindo poços tubulares (19.677), fontes naturais (310) e poços amazonas de uso comunitário (884), o que torna o estado detentor da segunda maior base de dados do sistema SIAGAS. O acesso a esses dados pode ser obtido através de algumas mídias como, por exemplo, o site da CPRM (www.cprm.gov.br).
