Das Zusammenspiel von Forschung und Praxis wird mit Blick auf die Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften immer wieder thematisiert. Deshalb soll dies zunächst – in seinen zum Teil gegenläufigen Tendenzen – allgemein beleuchtet werden (Kap. 1). Anschließend (Kap. 2) wird anhand einer Einführung in die Beiträge des Jahrbuchs dargelegt, wie sich dieses Verhältnis von Forschung und Praxis spezifisch mit Blick auf die Professionalisierungsansprüche und die jeweilige Thematik der Beiträge ausdifferenzieren lässt. The interplay between research and practice is a recurring theme with regard to the professionalisation of teachers. For this reason, this interplay will first be examined in general terms – in its sometimes contradictory tendencies (chapter 1). Subsequently (chapter 2), an introduction to the contributions to the yearbook will show how this relationship between research and practice can be differentiated specifically with regard to the professionalisation claims and the respective topics of the contributions.
