Abstract

Toda acción humana es susceptible de ser enjuiciada positiva o negativamente desde la perspectiva jurídica como desde la axiológica. Habitualmente los hombres, relacionan lo “legal” con lo “ético”, para determinar lo valioso o disvalioso de la normatividad en el sistema jurídico que los rodea. Todas estas cuestiones éticas se fueron desarrollando como tal y constituyeron uno de los problemas receptado por una disciplina que se compone como tal a fi nales del siglo XIX: la axiología o teoría de los valores. Este artículo pretende, en forma divulgadora, dar líneas aproximativas de temas claramente vinculados entre sí, como son: los valores, las distintas teorías éticas y, por último, la relación entre moral y derecho; está dirigido principalmente a los estudiantes de derecho.
