Análise fitoquímica das folhas de Tabebuia serratifolia (Vahl) Nicholson (Ipê Amarelo)

Abstract

Este estudo teve como objetivo realizar a análise fitoquímica nas folhas de Tabebuia serratifolia (Vahl) Nicholson (Bignoniaceae) para avaliar a presença dos principais grupos de metabólitos secundários através do extrato bruto etanólico. O material vegetal foi coletado no interior do Campus da Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP) sendo, posteriormente secas, trituradas e submetidas à extração em etanol 70% para a obtenção do Extrato Bruto Etanólico de Tabebuia serratifolia (Vahl) Nicholson (Bignoniaceae). O experimento foi realizado no Laboratório de Farmacognosia e Fitoquímica da mesma instituição. Foram realizados 9 (nove) ensaios fitoquímicos, indicando resultado positivo para açúcares redutores, ácidos orgânicos, alcaloides, depsídeos e depsidonas, saponinas espumídicas , fenóis e taninos
