Enfermedad de Rosai-Dorfman cutánea

Abstract

Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 23 años de edad, sexo masculino, con cuadro clínico de ocho meses de evolución de nódulos eritematovioláceos en cara y tórax, sin ningún síntoma sistémico. La histopatología muestra un infiltrado histiocitario en dermis con emperipolesis, característico de la enfermedad de Rosai-Dorfman, variedad puramente cutánea.
