Uso del biorregulador PECTIMORF en la propagación acelerada del Anthurium cubense

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la respuesta de explantes de hojas de vitroplantas de A. cubense ante diferentes dosis de reguladores del crecimiento con el fin de favorecer la organogénesis indirecta como alternativa al método de reproducción vía semillas cultivadas in vitro. Se observó la formación de una masa callogénica de color blanco transcurridos dos meses a partir de la siembra en condiciones de oscuridad, y después del subcultivo a un medio conteniendo 4,7 µM de Pectimorf, fue posible una tasa de regeneración de hasta 17 brotes por explante, lo que sugiere la potencia de este biorregulador. Así mismo, fue muy favorable el comportamiento de las vitroplantas durante la fase de aclimatización, lográndose más del 90 % de vitroplantas con buen vigor vegetativo
